ST Panda: Appointing Chen Mo as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.

ST Panda announced on August 26th, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the company's financial management work and improve the company's financial management level, according to the relevant provisions of the "Company Law" and "Company Articles of Association", nominated by the Chairman and General Manager of the company, approved by the Nomination Committee of the Eighth Board of Directors and reviewed by the Audit Committee, the company held the ninth meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors on August 26th, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal to Appoint the Company's Chief Financial Officer". The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Chen Mo as the company's Chief Financial Officer, with a term from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the term of the Eighth Board of Directors.
