(01718.HK) announced that, as the preconditions specified in the subscription agreement have been met, the completion has been implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement on August 26, 2025. 23.04 million subscription shares (equivalent to approximately 9.09% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company after the issue and subscription of the shares) have been issued and subscribed to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.215 per share.
