On August 26th, Ruize Technology announced that the board of directors had recently received the resignation report from the general manager, Chen Rongjian. Chen Rongjian applied to resign from the position of general manager due to work adjustment reasons, and the resignation report will take effect from the date it is submitted to the board of directors. After resigning, Chen Rongjian will continue to serve as the party committee secretary of the company and chairman of the eighth board of directors. After review by the company's board of directors nomination committee, the company held the sixteenth meeting of the eighth board of directors on August 25, 2025, and approved the "Resolution on Appointing the General Manager of the Company." It agreed to appoint Wang Hua as the general manager of the company, with a term from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the current board of directors' term.
