Aerospace Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. announced the resignation of director. Director Wang Yajun resigned from his position as director and vice chairman on August 26 due to work changes, prior to the end of his original term on June 20, 2026. Wang Yajun will no longer hold any positions in the listed company or its subsidiaries after his resignation, and has no unfulfilled public commitments.
