Cabein: Suspension of Convertible Bond Review due to Lack of Environmental Impact Assessment Approval

Cabe Yi announced that the environmental impact assessment approval for the company's capital-raising projects, the "Shanghai High-speed Copper Cable Project" and the "Ningbo Automotive Cable Reconstruction Project," is currently being processed and awaits confirmation from relevant authorities. In order to avoid uncertainties in project implementation, the company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to suspend the review of the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified parties, with an expected suspension period of no more than one month. This application for suspension will not affect the company's normal production and operation. After the environmental assessment and approval are finalized, the company will promptly apply for the resumption of the review process.
