Pross computing power center introduces strategic state-owned enterprise from Zhejiang as shareholder.
Recently, Proos China signed a strategic cooperation agreement with its state-owned partner in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Quzhou Industrial Holding Group, a wholly state-owned enterprise under the Quzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, will invest 2.5 billion yuan in Proos Computing Center and become a strategic shareholder in the business. Proos plans to establish a domestic holding platform company in Quzhou to implement the Proos Computing Center Holding Platform Headquarters Project. They will also deepen cooperation with Quzhou in areas such as building an international air logistics hub, jointly constructing computing centers, operating bonded zones and industrial parks, and developing the artificial intelligence industry.
