Subsequently, some netizens discovered that the store had temporarily ceased operations. On August 26, a Dahe Caifang reporter saw that the mentioned store had resumed normal operations. Regarding the customer service insulting customers incident, the reporter contacted Haidilao for an interview, and Haidilao responded, "We will thoroughly investigate the situation, and will resolutely hold accountable for any suspected violations of regulations or actions that harm customer rights, including legal responsibilities." According to the performance report of Haidilao, in the first half of 2025, the revenue of Haidilao's restaurant takeout business was 9.28 billion yuan, a 59.6% year-on-year increase.
