On August 26th, Interface News exclusively learned that the Xiaohongshu App will be updated soon, with e-commerce entering the main interface of Xiaohongshu. This means that Xiaohongshu is further enhancing its investment in e-commerce business. Currently, the new version of Xiaohongshu that is being tested shows a "Marketplace" page in the bottom navigation bar of the app, displaying a double-column format of live streaming for product promotions and product notes. Xiaohongshu has previously stated that the "Marketplace" is the tangible and productized presentation of Xiaohongshu's lifestyle e-commerce, providing users and merchants with a more fixed transactional scene on the existing platform.
