Wan Jinsong, Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration, stated at the "High-Quality Completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" series theme press conference held by the State Council Information Office on August 26 that renewable energy investment has now become the absolute mainstay of power investment. By 2024, the investment in key renewable energy projects will account for over 80% of power investment, continuously providing green electricity to support the green and low-carbon transformation of production and lifestyle. Investments in new energy formats are also showing positive trends, with the completion of investments in key projects such as new energy storage, charging and exchanging infrastructure, hydrogen energy, and integrated generation grid storage nearing 200 billion yuan by 2024, gradually becoming a new growth point for energy investment.
