Li Chuangjun, Director of the New Energy and Renewable Energy Department of the National Energy Administration, stated at a press conference of the State Council Information Office on August 26 that this year, China has achieved normalized transactions across power grid operation zones, truly allowing the wind power in the north to light up the lights in the Greater Bay Area. The "four beams and eight pillars" of the electricity market have fundamentally solved the problems of fragmented and differentiated rules in various local electricity markets, broken local protection and barriers, and ensured market openness, transparency, and fair competition.
