China Meteorological Administration issued a yellow alert for heavy rain at 06:00 on August 26th.

It is expected that from 08:00 on August 26 to 08:00 on August 27, there will be heavy to torrential rain in parts of Inner Mongolia (Hetao and central-southern areas), eastern Qinghai, southern Gansu, Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, northern Shanxi, central-northern Hebei, Beijing, western Sichuan Basin, northern Anhui, northern Jiangsu, southern Guangxi, southern Yunnan, and Hainan Island. In some areas, including Inner Mongolia (Hetao region), northern Shaanxi, and northern Shanxi, there will be heavy rain. The above-mentioned areas will experience short periods of heavy precipitation, with locally severe convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.
