Beida Resources (00618.HK) completes establishment of partnership enterprises with Suzhou Aoze and Chongqing Jingjiahui.

Zh tng cijng APP news, Peking University Resources (00618.HK) announced that on May 7, 2025 (after trading hours on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), the company (as a subordinate limited partner) entered into a partnership agreement with Suzhou Aoz (as a general partner) and Chongqing Jingjia Hui (as a priority limited partner). According to the partnership agreement, the company, Suzhou Aoz, and Chongqing Jingjia Hui agreed to establish a partnership enterprise with a total capital commitment of RMB 100,010,000, contributed by the following individuals: (i) Suzhou Aoz with RMB 10,000; (ii) the company with RMB 30 million; and (iii) Chongqing Jingjia Hui with RMB 70 million.
