The theme of this forum is "Aggregating new dynamics in Eurasia, building a new sustainable development pattern together", and the forum will carry new missions, focus on new cooperation, and plan for new achievements. At that time, there will be 13 parallel sessions, more than 10 economic and trade exchange activities, and the release of the White Paper "Observations on Eurasian Economy for Building the Belt and Road Initiative" It is reported that this forum will invite members, observers, and dialogue partners of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as key officials, ministers, provincial governors, and important representatives of international organizations from Central Asia, South Asia, West Asia, diplomats from relevant countries in China, representatives from friendly cities at home and abroad, leaders of well-known multinational companies, and renowned experts and scholars as important guests. According to the introduction, this forum adheres to the purpose of "depending on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, serving the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, implementing the results of the China-Central Asia Summit, and promoting local economic development", focusing on the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, the "Shanghai Cooperation Organization+" Astana Summit, and the important results of the Second China-Central Asia Summit, with an overall framework set as a hosting model of "1+5+3+1".
