According to industrial and commercial information, recently, companies under Wanda and Tencent have invested in setting up Shenzhen Zhi Shu Investment Partnership Enterprise in Shenzhen. The company's total investment amount is approximately 16.076 billion yuan, with the business scope including using its own funds to engage in investment activities and corporate management. Among them, Dalian Wanda Commercial Management indirectly holds a stake of about 55%, while Tencent indirectly holds a stake of about 45%.
