Wisdom Financial News APP reports that on August 25, 2025, Time Angel (06699) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuxi Time Angel, had entered into an investment agreement with Shanghai Marcafis and its existing shareholders. According to the agreement, Wuxi Time Angel has conditionally agreed to subscribe for 5% of the enlarged registered capital of Shanghai Marcafis for a cash consideration of RMB 10 million. After the investment is completed, the group will effectively own approximately 9.7% equity interest in Shanghai Marcafis.
