This significant decrease is mainly due to the absence of impairment loss of 45.6 million Hong Kong dollars on goodwill confirmed in the same period as 2024; and a gain of 7.8 million Hong Kong dollars from fair value changes in financial assets recognized in the income statement, while the group incurred a loss of 19.4 million Hong Kong dollars in the same period of 2024.
