Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Mayor Gong Zheng presided over the executive meeting of the municipal government today. It is necessary to strengthen functions and expand applications with greater efforts, highlight strong linkages and extensions, promote the extension of service scope to the full chain of agricultural production, highlight smart applications, improve the level of digitalization and intelligence, continuously enhance the breadth and depth of agricultural social services. It is necessary to strengthen the guarantee of various elements such as land and finance with greater efforts, further strengthen the support of land for agricultural socialization service outlets, guide financial institutions to increase credit support, incentivize more social capital investment, promote the sustainable and high-quality development of agricultural socialization services, better support agricultural efficiency, rural vitality, and farmers' income increase.
