It has been learned from the industry that the China Securities Association recently revised and formed the "Implementation Measures for Self-disciplinary Measures of the China Securities Association" based on the original document. Currently, industry opinions are being solicited. Reporters have learned that the China Securities Association has previously organized special studies, referenced excellent practices of other self-regulatory organizations in the financial field at home and abroad, adjusted and improved the content of self-disciplinary rules, and optimized the relevant work mechanisms. This revision comprehensively optimized and refined the requirements for self-disciplinary inspection mechanisms and procedures in five aspects, including the responsibilities of internal business departments of the China Securities Association, self-disciplinary inspection procedures, and standards for self-disciplinary penalties.
