Zhijing Finance APP News, Huatai Securities (06886.HK) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai International")'s subsidiary Huatai International Finance Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai International Finance") established on October 27, 2020 a medium-term note program with a maximum principal amount of 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) (hereinafter referred to as the "MTN Program"), with Huatai International providing guarantees (hereinafter referred to as the "Guarantee"). On August 25, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued a medium-term note under the MTN Program, with an issuance amount of 300 million Hong Kong dollars. Calculated at the exchange rate of 1 Hong Kong dollar to 0.9108 Chinese yuan on July 31, 2025, the total guarantee amount is approximately 273 million yuan.
