According to the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in order to promote the high-quality development of new energy, Guizhou Province has drafted the "Implementation Plan for Deepening the Market-oriented Reform of On-grid Electricity Prices for New Energy" and solicited public opinions. This plan aims to accelerate the construction of a new type of power system, improve the mechanism for green and low-carbon development, and leverage the decisive role of the market in resource allocation.
