Recently, the Development Zone and Huangpu District in Guangzhou announced the launch of a total of 150,000 square meters of industrial space, implementing a pilot "zero rent" scheme. Two weeks before Guangzhou announced the relevant policies, Hangzhou issued "Several Opinions on Implementing the 'Runmiao Plan' to Support the High-quality Development of Technology-based Start-up Enterprises", which also proposed to provide "zero rent" entrepreneurial space for qualifying companies for up to 5 years. These industrial parks, mainly led by local governments, generally provide free rental space ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 square meters, with a rent-free period of 1 to 5 years.
