On August 22, Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations, met with Andrew Morgan, CEO of AB InBev Asia Pacific, in Beijing. Ling Ji stated that China is a major global consumer market, with continued active consumption of goods and services. He hoped that AB InBev Group would actively develop green and intelligent production, enhance the resilience and efficiency of the relevant supply chain, continuously increase high-quality supply, and meet diverse consumer demands. Andrew Morgan stated that China is the largest consumer market for AB InBev globally, welcomed by Chinese consumers, and its business in China is steadily improving. AB InBev will continue to expand investments in China, increase investments in green and low-carbon direction, and provide healthy and high-quality products and services to Chinese consumers.
