In July 2025, Anhui Province reported a total of 25 statutory infectious diseases with 41,036 cases. There were no reported cases or deaths of Class A infectious diseases. Among Class B infectious diseases, aside from no reported cases or deaths of SARS, poliomyelitis, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, epidemic encephalitis B, anthrax, diphtheria, neonatal tetanus, schistosomiasis, human infection with H7N9 avian influenza, meningococcal meningitis, and rabies, the remaining 17 Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 20,802 cases with 48 deaths. The top five reported diseases were viral hepatitis, novel coronavirus infection, syphilis, tuberculosis, and gonorrhea, accounting for 97.69% of all Class B infectious disease cases. Among Class C infectious diseases, aside from no reported cases or deaths of leprosy, filariasis, or plague, the remaining 8 Class C infectious diseases reported a total of 20,234 cases with no reported deaths.
