Since August, nearly 20 A-share companies have been planning to list in Hong Kong. State-owned enterprises and industry leaders with large asset sizes, high capital expenditures, and high levels of internationalization tend to choose the "A+H" layout because of their continuous and stable international financing needs. At the same time, for medium-sized and growing enterprises, if they are new energy vehicle companies, chip design companies, or other companies with global potential, "A+H" can also open up international investor awareness and allocation space.
