Jiangsu Guotai: Plans to distribute profits two to three times a year.

Jiangsu Guotai announced that the company has formulated a three-year plan for shareholder dividend returns. According to the plan, the company will distribute dividends in cash each year equal to at least 40% of the distributable profits for that year. Additionally, the average annual cash dividend amount for the next three years will not be less than 40% of the average annual net profit attributable to the parent company shareholders for the next three years. The company plans to distribute profits two to three times a year, mainly in cash.
