Situwei Map Acquisition of JZ Smart Robot Enters Final Stage

According to information obtained from different sources, A-share listed company NavInfo is planning to acquire the intelligent driving company Juyou Zhi Robot, and the progress is nearing completion. Regarding this information, verification has been sought from NavInfo and Juyou Zhi Robot, with NavInfo responding that official information should be relied upon. As of the time of publication, there has been no response from Juyou Zhi Robot. As the largest digital map provider in China, NavInfo has been developing its intelligent driving ADAS business since 2021 and has set a strategic goal to transform into an intelligent driving Tier1 by 2023. Every year, it increases its investment in intelligent driving business, expands the size of the intelligent driving team, recruits senior intelligent driving talents, and looks for potential acquisition targets.
