Shandong natural gas pipeline transportation "same city same price" within the city.

Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province issued the "Shandong Province Natural Gas Pipeline Transportation Price Management Measures", aiming to promote the gradual transition of natural gas pipeline transportation price management from fixed standards to fixed mechanisms, and to promote survival of the fittest, resource integration, and high-quality development of the entire industry. According to the "Management Measures", the transportation price of natural gas pipelines in Shandong Province is subject to a maximum price limit. According to different types of pipelines, there are three pricing models: the main trunk pipelines within the province implement "same network same price", uniformly implementing the overall average price of the pipeline operating enterprises; cross-city pipelines temporarily implement "same enterprise same price", gradually transitioning to zone pricing; and pipelines within the city implement "same city same price".
