Sun Yat-sen University's 6000-meter class deep-sea unmanned remotely operated vehicle successfully completed its first deep-sea test in the South China Sea.

On August 23, in the South China Sea, the "Zhongshan University" marine comprehensive scientific research internship ship, the 6000-meter deep-sea unmanned remotely operated vehicle "Haiqin" successfully completed its first deep-sea test. The overall verification of the system's functions and key performance indicators marks the formal entry of the "Zhongshan University" into the ranks of a few Chinese research ships with 6000-meter deep-sea ROVs.
