Qinghai sets up a special investigation team for the major collapse accident of the Jieza Yellow River Bridge on the Xicheng Railway.

According to the Emergency Management Department of Qinghai Province, in order to effectively handle the investigation and processing of the "822" major collapse accident of the West Chengdu Railway Jianzha Yellow River Bridge construction project, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Qinghai Provincial Government has established an investigation team led by a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Governor as the head of the investigation. The investigation team consists of four working groups: a comprehensive group, a technical group, a management group, and a rescue assessment group. The investigation team will adhere to the principles of "scientific rigor, compliance with laws and regulations, seeking truth from facts, and focusing on effectiveness", to comprehensively and scientifically judge and demonstrate the cause of the accident, determine the responsibility of the accident, propose handling suggestions in compliance with laws and regulations, and deeply summarize the lessons learned from the accident. The accident investigation report will be submitted according to the procedure. Currently, the accident investigation work has been fully launched, and the results of the investigation and processing will be announced in a timely manner.
