Typhoon No. 13 "Swordfish" was located at 11:00 on August 23rd about 650 kilometers east of Sanya City, Hainan. It is expected that "Swordfish" will continue to move towards the west at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour, with significantly increased intensity, reaching typhoon to strong typhoon levels, and passing by or making landfall on the southern coast of Hainan Island around the evening of the 24th. As a result, heavy to torrential rain is expected in some areas of Hainan Island, the Xisha Islands, and the Zhongsha Islands on the 23rd and 24th.
