21 rivers in Yunnan, Heilongjiang and other places have experienced floods exceeding the warning level.
Reporters learned from the Ministry of Water Resources that from 8:00 on August 22 to 8:00 on August 23, there were heavy rains in parts of Guangyuan, Sichuan, Zibo, Shandong, Jixi, Heilongjiang, and Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. Due to the rainfall, 21 rivers such as the Pudu River, Niulan River, Mengguo River in Yunnan, and the Chong River in the branch of the Lalin River in Heilongjiang have experienced flooding above the warning level. Currently, the Ministry of Water Resources has maintained a level IV emergency response for flood control in Liaoning, Sichuan, Guizhou, and Yunnan provinces.
