Gowell Group's (002241.SZ) subsidiary Gowell Optics intends to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Orly, to boost the development of AI intelligent glasses and other businesses.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Goer Holdings (002241.SZ) announced that the company recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the relevant parties in the transaction, intending for its subsidiary Goer Optical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Goer Optical") to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Aolai Micro-Nano Optical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Aolai Micro-Nano Photoelectric Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Aolai") through the issuance of additional shares to the transaction party. It is expected that after the completion of this transaction, Shanghai Aolai will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goer Optical, with the original shareholders of Shanghai Aolai holding approximately 1/3 of the shares of Goer Optical and the original shareholders of Goer Optical holding approximately 2/3 of the shares of Goer Optical, making the company still the largest shareholder of Goer Optical.
