Shenhao Expressway announced that its operating income in the first half of 2025 was 3.919 billion yuan, an increase of 4.30% year-on-year. Net profit was 960 million yuan, an increase of 24.04% year-on-year. The board of directors recommended not to distribute mid-term dividends for the six months ending June 30, 2025, and not to increase share capital through capital reserves conversion.
