Shanghai Economic and Information Commission and others: Establish 11 new material pilot bases including Shanghai International Chemical New Materials Innovation Center.

The Shanghai Economic and Information Commission and six other departments jointly issued a notice on the establishment of 11 new material pilot bases including the Shanghai International Chemical Industry New Material Innovation Center. According to the "Shanghai Municipal Regulations for the Construction and Management of New Material Pilot Bases and Pilot Projects" (Hujingxing Regulation [2023] No. 6), "Shanghai Municipal Guidelines for the Protection of Ecological Environment for New Material Pilot Bases and Pilot Projects" (Huhuanping [2024] No. 120), and the "Notice on Carrying out the Application Work for New Material Pilot Bases in 2024" (Shanghai Economic and Information Commission New [2024] No. 654) and other documents, following the requirements of enterprise application, recommendations from the industrial park and the district, joint evaluation by municipal departments, and public announcement of the evaluation results, it is hereby announced the establishment of 11 new material pilot bases including the Shanghai International Chemical Industry New Material Innovation Center.
