DeCai Group: Hongta Innovation plans to reduce its shareholding by 1%

DeCai Co., Ltd. announcement: As of the disclosure date, shareholder Hongta Innovations holds 10.15 million shares, accounting for 7.25%. It plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1.4 million shares, or 1% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding from September 13, 2025 to December 12, 2025. The total number of shares sold within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares.
