Sanfeng Environment Announcement: The controlling shareholder Chongqing Derun Environment Co., Ltd. plans to increase its A-shares of the company by 17.8755 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from May 22, 2025 to August 22, 2025, accounting for 1.07% of the total share capital, with a total investment of 151 million yuan. According to the previously disclosed increase plan, Derun Environment intends to accumulate an increase of not less than 150 million yuan and not more than 300 million yuan from May 22, 2025 to May 22, 2026, and will continue to increase holdings opportunistically in the future.
