Intelligence Financial News APP, Binhai Investment (02886.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Taicheng Clean Energy, has entered into a capital injection agreement with Tianjin Water Works and Tianjin Smart Water City on August 22, 2025, by injecting a total of 1036.51 million RMB in cash into Tianjin Smart Water City as the consideration for holding 49% of the equity of Tianjin Smart Water City. Of the injection amount, 960.78 million RMB will be used to increase the registered capital of Tianjin Smart Water City, and 75.73 million RMB will be used to increase the capital reserve. Tianjin Smart Water City is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Water Works, which is a subsidiary of Taeda. This capital injection is a strategic cooperation between the Group and Tianjin Water Works, aimed at raising funds for the business operation and expansion of Tianjin Smart Water City, and developing it into a professional gas engineering platform.
