The Intelligent Finance and Economics APP reported that Mr. Li Liangxian (Mr. Li) has resigned as the Company Secretary of Aiwei Construction Group (06189.HK) and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), as well as the authorized representative to receive legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance Chapter 622 of Hong Kong, effective from August 22, 2025.
