Chengdu Zongheng Automation Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Ren Bin transferred 9,996,000 shares of the company to Kuang Mingfang due to a divorce property division. Recently, the relevant transfer procedures have been completed. Prior to the transfer, Ren Bin held 20,502,000 shares, accounting for 23.41%, while Kuang Mingfang did not hold any shares. After the transfer, Ren Bin held 10,506,000 shares, accounting for 12.00%, and Kuang Mingfang held 9,996,000 shares, accounting for 11.41%. The combined shareholding ratio of the two individuals remains unchanged.
