The journalist learned from the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau on August 22 that the bureau actively implements the decision-making arrangement of the State Council on visiting listed companies, promotes the continuous expansion of the coverage of visits, and the results of visits gradually show. Significant progress has been made in improving the quality and efficiency of listed companies in the jurisdiction, the investment return level continues to increase, and corporate governance is further standardized.
