Didi's maximum commission per order has been reduced to 27%.

Recently, several online ride-hailing platforms have announced a reduction in commission rates. Didi announced that starting in 2024, the maximum commission rate per order will be reduced to 27%, based on an average commission rate of 14% for all orders. It is understood that a majority of the funds retained from Didi's commission will be used to subsidize drivers and passengers, as well as to enhance driver and passenger rights protection, improve safety, and overall experience. In addition, Gaode stated that it will ensure that the maximum commission rate for no less than 80 cooperating online ride-hailing platforms does not exceed 27%. T3 Travel stated that the maximum commission rate for platform orders will not exceed 27%.
