It is expected that the tropical depression will move in a west-northwesterly direction at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour, passing through the island of Luzon in the Philippines during the day and entering the eastern sea of the South China Sea at night, possibly developing into the 13th typhoon of the year within the next 24 hours.
