On August 22, Chengdu auctioned a residential land in Lion Mountain Street, Jinjiang District, with a total area of 9886.88 square meters, a planned construction area of 24717.2 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.5, and a starting price of 351 million yuan. Longfor eventually won the bid for the land at a floor price of 14200 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a total price of 351 million yuan.
