On August 21, the official website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange showed that the prospectus of Sige New Energy had expired. Sige New Energy was established in May 2022, mainly engaged in distributed photovoltaic energy storage solutions, and was founded by Former Huawei Intelligent PV Business President Xu Yingtong.
