After four consecutive declines in mortgage rates in the United States, prices of houses have stabilized and the rate of increase has nearly stagnated.
According to the Securities Times APP, the U.S. mortgage market stabilized this week after four consecutive weeks of decline. Freddie Mac's data shows that the average interest rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage remained at 6.58%, unchanged from last week.
