The bank is required to ensure that the appointed individual strictly complies with the relevant regulatory requirements of the regulatory authorities. The appointed person must assume the position within 3 months from the date of this administrative licensing decision and report to the relevant authorities in a timely manner. Failure to assume the position within the specified time frame will result in the invalidation of this approval document, and the administrative licensing authority will handle the procedures to cancel the license.
