Aerospace Power: Intending to introduce strategic investors to increase the capital of Aerospace Yuanxin, raising funds of 2.2-3.2 billion yuan.

Aerospace Power announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aerospace Element, plans to be listed on the Beijing Property Exchange, introduce strategic investors through capital increase and share expansion, and raise funds of 2.2-3.2 billion yuan for the construction of torque converters and aerospace product processing capacity and supplementary working capital. After the capital increase is completed, Aerospace Power will still be the controlling shareholder of Aerospace Element, and it will not change the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements.
