According to an announcement from Tongfei Group, Three Rivers Zhonghe Ying Enterprise Management Center, a shareholder holding 3,880,000 shares, accounting for 2.2904% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by up to 764,400 shares from September 12, 2025 to December 11, 2025 through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.4503% of the total share capital.
