Sinopec Engineering: Net profit in the first half of the year decreased by 10.87% year-on-year, planning to distribute a dividend of 0.13 yuan.

On the evening of August 21, China Petroleum Engineering disclosed the semi-annual report for 2025. The company achieved operating income of 36.287 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 12.18%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 470 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.87%; and basic earnings per share were 0.0842 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.13 yuan for every 10 shares. During the reporting period, the company accumulated new contract signings of 73.401 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.10%. As of the end of the reporting period, the company had an on-hand contract amount of approximately 170 billion yuan.
