Henan: By 2027, the added value of strategic emerging industries in the province will increase by an average of over 11% annually.

The General Office of the People's Government of Henan Province recently issued the "Action Plan for Cultivating and Strengthening Strategic Emerging Industries and Prospective Layout Future Industries in Henan Province". It proposes that by 2027, the added value of strategic emerging industries in the province will grow by an average annual rate of over 11%, accounting for over 27% of the added value of industrial enterprises above a certain scale. The future industrial system will be rapidly constructed, forming a hierarchical development pattern of future industries and strategic emerging industries. Around 50 provincial-level research and development innovation platforms will be established, breakthroughs will be made in around 50 cutting-edge leading technologies and key core technologies, around 50 leading enterprises with industrial ecological dominance will be nurtured, 100 typical application scenarios will be created, and around 8 national-level strategic emerging industry clusters and advanced manufacturing clusters will be built.
